The rules here are dictated by each challenge that you apply for, but there is one general rule:
- You cannot submit a codebase that you have worked before the evening of January 28th.
- However, we encourage students to learn software tools that may help in the project creation before the event! (E.g. web development, android development, databases, etc...)
