VC Hacks 2022 Winners and Closing
VC Hacks 2022, Ventura College's first hackathon, has officially come to a close. I want to highlight the amazing student team I had to help put this together: Dustin Macke, Joseph Hayes, and Adeline Smith. Additionally, I am extremely grateful for the awesomeness of our guest speakers: Ethan Bonavida, Allison Lebus, Blake Warren, and Owen Davis. Thank you, everyone, for helping me make this event a reality. I could not have done this without all of you!
With that, I'd like to announce our prize winners for those of you who missed our orientation!

Submissions: Important Information
Hi everyone. We hope you enjoyed our workshops this weekend and we are excited to see what projects have been brewing. For some submission clarification, we really want to emphasize the importance of having a video submission with your project alongside your project pitches. The video will be how judges see how your project will run. The judges will not be expected to run your code on their machines. ( Unless you have it hosted on an web app or mobile)
For submitting your code, we recommend using GitHub. Alternatively, you can also copy and paste your code into word…

VC Hacks 2022 Qualifications
With VC Hacks 2022 coming soon, we would like to remind everyone that this event is for students who have attended either VC, MC, or OC. Around the submission deadline, we will be asking hackers with projects to fill out a form that will ask for your school email addresses to verify you and/or your team meets this qualification. This same form will also ask for your project name and team members. Completing this form will allow us to know which projects to grade.
If you do not submit a project and want to attend workshops/events, the form mentioned above…
